Our policies
How booking, changes and the morning itself work, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Book a trial online or by phone. Your date is held when you sign the contract and pay the deposit, and the deposit goes toward your total for the wedding-day services.
Canceling and running late
Tell us as early as you can. Your contract spells out how much notice we need to move or cancel a wedding date, and a trial can be moved with a day's notice.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a trial without telling us, we will offer one new time. On the wedding morning we start on time and plan around a late arrival, so the order of the chairs may change.
Children and companions
Flower girls and junior bridesmaids are welcome on the wedding morning, with a grown-up nearby. At the trial the bride may bring one guest, so the room stays calm.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us when you inquire about any allergy or sensitivity to hair products, pins, adhesives or fragrance. We can tell you every product we use, and we use the same ones at the trial and on the day.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. On the wedding morning, tell us before we pack up and we will adjust the style until it sits the way you want.
Tipping
Tipping is never expected. If you would like to thank your stylist, it can be added to the final payment or given on the day.
Your date
