The wedding morning

A morning that runs to the minute

Every wedding gets a written schedule: who sits when, how long each look takes, and when each of us is done.

We build it from your ceremony time, the photographer's first shot and the number of people in your party. Libia drafts it with you at the trial, and everyone in the party has a copy the week before.

  • Chairs set up by a window

  • The bride sits last, so her hair is fresh

  • A stylist stays through the first photographs

The plan

From the trial to the first photograph

Four steps, in this order, and nothing is left for the day itself.

  1. 01

Step 1: At the trial: the draft

We sketch the order of the morning with you: who is in the party, who needs the most time, and when the photographer arrives.

    • Libia and the stylists for your party

  2. 02

Step 2: Two weeks before: the headcount

You confirm the final party and the ceremony time. We adjust the schedule and the number of stylists to match.

    • One message to confirm

  3. 03

Step 3: The week before: the written plan

You get the schedule on one page, with each person's look, stylist and start time, and the room we will use at your venue.

    • A copy for everyone in the party

  4. 04

Step 4: The morning: set up and start

We arrive early, set up by a window with chairs and a mirror, and start on time. The bride sits last, and we stay through the first photographs.

    • On location, on time

The room

What we need on the morning

What do you need from the room?

A room with a window or good light, a few outlets, chairs and a mirror. Tell us about any parking or loading rule at the venue.

How early do you arrive?

About an hour before the first chair, to set up and lay out the plan. We tell you the exact time in the written schedule.

What should everyone wear?

A top that buttons or zips at the front, so nothing is pulled over a finished style. Hair should be clean and dry.

What if the morning runs late?

We keep the bride's time and move the chairs around it. If the ceremony moves, tell us as early as you can and we will rebuild the schedule.

Your date

Send your ceremony time and the size of your party, and we will draft the morning with you.
